I’m not exactly going to defend the .ml crowd’s positions on North Korea, and certainly not going to argue in favor of North Korea’s living standards, but in all fairness, this really is more on Russia than North Korea. I doubt that Kim Jong Un said “and one shower a year” when cutting his agreement with Putin.
In all fairness, we’re talking about two violent dictatorships. Why are you giving either the benefit of the doubt when the topic is human rights violations?

Considering how much hazing goes on with their own peers, it looks more like the Russian military experience has cruelty built in.
