The final options are surgery vs ‘do nothing’. Onychomycosis (fungal nail infection) often doesn’t need a treatment, unless you’re immunocompromised it’s just a cosmetic thing. Surgery, in this case, involves removing the nail, and killing the matrix, which is the nail bed. This means you won’t have toenails anymore. Worked at a podiatry clinic for 3 years and we recommended tolcylen a lot. I’ve seen great results on patients who were very compliant with applications and didn’t have nails that were too far gone (think thicker than they are long). It’s important to note that you aren’t looking for any changes to the existing nail, just the new growth from the base of the nail. If you’re seeing at least 1mm of clear growth a month you’re good, do not stop until the entire nail has grown out healthy.

I think this is going to be your best answer. Follow recipes exactly, and favor dishes that allow for additions after the fact (condiments, cheese, salt/pepper, hot sauce, etc)

Huh, I remember one of the few draw backs of fiber optic cables being that you had to be very careful with them, because bending them could easily cause them to crack and no longer work. I’m guessing that must no longer be an issue!
