    I think that would be close to a Margherita, but i just saw I didn’t describe what it is. That’s the name we have in Europe, from Italy. Basically just tomato sauce, mozzarella (which can be in pieces or spread on top of all the pizza, even though Italians may not like this version), and basil (often forgotten)

      Margharita is sold here too, but basil is absolutely mandatory, and usually it’s done in a more Italian, thinly topped style. Typically it has sliced tomato in addition to the sauce, as well.

        I see! I think I just had pepperoni and such when I was in NA, I should have tried more interesting variations. It’s not like I want to go back there soon
