If Iran did this then thats just more evidence we need to expend resources removing the regime from power.
If Israel did this then we need to issue more arrest warrants for Israeli leadership and end trade and defence subsidies for them.

Article is kind of a nothing burger and the headline is very misleading.
It just says no evidence has been revealed but that hypothetically such evidence could exist.
It doesn’t matter which fascist it was. The murder of thousands of children are on the American and Israeli Nazi parties hands.
