I’m a round about way it does hurt them though, I would assume. Which would make sense on why they don’t want it. Just trying to play it out in my head I’d think, ok company X pays more for copper, so they need to charge more. Which means less will probably be purchased, so they in turn order less copper from Mexico due to reduced demand from price sensitivity. So I think it will hurt them eventually.

I don’t get what you’re missing here. An atmosphere is the trapping of gasses, the moon doesn’t have enough gravity, they will disperse into space very quickly. It’s why the ISS doesn’t have it’s own atmosphere and if they pumped out smoke from that thing it would drift into space, not from a smog cloud around them.
It’s important to me that I have no goal or purpose, and I will focus on making that come true no matter that.
