Reddit is pure ass. It told me that I was supporting terrorism and it perma banned me for it 💀.

They deleted every single post that I have ever made.

I literally ran several subreddits also.

The mods lost the final war with admin back when they tried to fight the API change in my opinion. They had been clearing out the old guard even before that but if you have even semi popular subs that you moderate and they can find a reason to out you with a new loyalist mod that ‘knows their place’ they will.

It hasn’t been the front page of the internet for a long time.

And they were naive to try IMO. It was obvious that reddit had decided that they were willing to lose users over the API thing. They knew that there was a subset of users that couldn’t stand their new design and would never use their app because the other apps were really just a way to avoid the ongoing enshitification on the site. The mods that thought they could fight it were assuming that they were dealing with the same reddit that had been trying to balance users and profits and would be appalled to see droves of users leaving.

The API change was them deciding to bite the bullet and just deal with that exodus of users. They expected to make shitloads of money from AI training but the API made it trivial to just ignore them and train on their data anyways.

I posted that the only way Trump is going to leave is if a mob of people drag him out. Permaban. I don’t think they deleted my posts though!

Meh that’s nothing, my account was banned because I posted to a video on my own PeerTube instance instead on someone else’s instance.
