Even if you flatten your moral judgment and only look to how skillfully even the evilest men in history achieved their aims, he’s plainly a negative outlier. His only signal achievement is in uniting the sentiment of the entire planet against the US.
Trump will go down as one of the worst leaders in world history, beside Nero.

He is not a negative outlier. He is another step in the downward trend both Democrats and Republicans have continued for years.
Biden was much worse than Trump in destroying international law in Gaza. If Trump did that all hell would have broken loose.
