I wouldn’t get my hopes up, this is still an isolated local case. Though it should be mentioned that they also lost a couple percent in the communal elections in the west two weeks ago.
Meanwhile the ruling coalition is doing everything in their power to be as incompetent and corrupt as possible to ensure more votes for the AfD in the next federal election.

It is, this is the far east of Germany where the AfD is usually much stronger. They lost 8% compared to the parliamentary election earlier this year.

Whenever I start a game on my KDE desktop, the notifications get muted automatically. I have no idea why, because I really don’t remember setting it up. Maybe it’s a standard feature that was added at some point. It’s honestly pretty great though.

He wasn’t a good man.

Don’t forget “I’m not taking the vaccine because Bill Gates wants to implant a chip in my brain!”

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll definitely keep that in mind.
I know I could’ve asked but I didn’t think we’d have the exact same chip. Also, where’s the fun in that ;D

Absolutely, thanks again! I had already given up on ever getting it to work until your comment pointed me in the right direction. And even then it took me an hour to get it all working. The documentation was pretty lacking and I finally found a fairly recent thread in a German forum that had the infos I needed.

I’d just try it out in that case, looks like people got it working from a quick google search.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t as long as they are controlled by the mainboard itself.

No way dude! I also have a MSI board and I did just that and the first result was to run modprobe nct6683 force=1 and it actually worked. I can now see all the fans in CoolerControl. That was a godsend, I don’t know how I didn’t come across it earlier. I would give you Lemmy Gold if I could :D

Have you tried CoolerControl? It’s the only one that really worked with my system. It doesn’t detect my CPU fan for some reason but it works well with the GPU. I assume it has something to do with my hardware.
Isn’t it a bit strange that every time Russia “shoots down a drone”, the drone somehow still crashes into important infrastructure?

A 3% increase is not all that significant in a country with a increasingly aging population.

You can use Socks5 on top of your existing connection. Some don’t even require authentication, just being connected to your regular VPN is enough.

Always bind your torrent client to the VPN interface and use Socks5 if possible. I’ve been torrenting on Linux this way (albeit with a different provider) for the better half of my life and it hasn’t failed me once.

Merely inconveniencing and injuring is sufficient.
How would injuring not potentially fall under terrorism? It depends on the motivation alone.

Imagine being the guy going down the waterslide in front of Kim Jong Un. How do you strike the balance between crying your eyes out for being in the presence of dear leader and pretending you’re having enough fun?
The mixing of English and Filipino or Indian is the worst. I start reading a comment and always think I’m having a stroke halfway through.
