Out of curiosity why does wartime make a difference if there is a moral line. Also legalization if done right will reduce victims as it will be regulated such as by European standards.

Its not even religious, it being illegal gives something to keep poor people who have fewer options down and maybe there’s aspect of “I would struggle with it so its easier for me if its illegal for both of us” kind of thing

I think I saw a lot of Russian propaganda about Ukrainian drafting officers dragging / catching men and drafting by force.
If even 10% of those news are true - how fast you think the same 10% will drag attractive women/boys/girls to star their smut? And don’t forget the Mafia exist there also.

Nah your generalizations are ridiculous. The article talks about legalizing pornography which would allow them to tax the companies. Ukranian pornography stars already exist but are forced underground.

Drafting men for mobilization is different than legalizing an underground market that when unregulated benefits from exploitation.

You want to make a stand about mobilization, push for women to be called for national service. Dont push some bullshit moscow-sounding lies about state run pimps.

You can only have safe working environment for sex workers when a country is stable and has good law enforcement (the whole justice system).
The regulations they would introduce - wouldn’t worth the paper they are printed on. It is wartime, they have better things to worry about, than some ‘removed getting it’.

This is just an other revenue stream that would cause more victimization.
But most readers will see only one thing: “More Porn!”

I see you have moved the goal posts from state sponsored kidnapped women to “Ukraine isnt ready”… don’t mind me if my eyes are rolling now.

I believe there would be some state sponsored kidnapping. If it’s already not going on.
Edit: it is a freaking war. Atrocities happen every minute.

You lost my engagement. You have nothing but propaganda-based lies with zero evidence or backing. No, I do not think the Ukrainian government would start kidnapping women for pornography. You are an asset or agent of imperialism.
