    It’s foolish to not at the very least allow medical research and clinical trials for any substance as long as there’s evidence that it can help

    There is nothing restricting this. No drug company will trial MDMA or psylocibin because there is no patent, not because of laws.

    NIH could fund these trials but the NIH is gone.
