Nerd, truck driver, and kinda creeped that you’re reading this.
And you fully control the service?
Which is exactly why I never installed Plex and went straight to Jellyfin
I used Fedora’s atomic KDE version for a bit. It’s mostly fine and never had too many issues. Except trying to run VMs.
Whichever interests you more. Flip a coin and when it’s in the air ask yourself which you’re hoping it lands on, pick that and ignore the result.
One will help you learn the other eventually though. It’s a very long process to learn a language though so take it one at a time.
That’s my general advice but with Debian you’re probably good lol
Please, be aware that the quality of the voice call depends and a lot of the data rate. Keep this in mind uif you are in remote locations with poor coverage.
Nowadays most cell calls are VoIP anyhow. Heck in the US they shut off the old networks and only allow VoLTE/Vo5G
Mr. Pibb baby
But really I drink mostly “Zero” branded stuff. Tastes way better than the diet ones and I don’t need the sugar. Coke Zero is way better than Diet Coke. Diet Pepsi is piss, so Pepsi Zero being drinkable is an improvement. I’ll say I prefer Diet Dr. Pepper to Dr. Pepper Zero though. And for Mountain Dew neither Zero nor Diet is good.
That’s not true, search indexer bots should be allowed through from what I read here.
Thanks. Anything special configuring it?
Ooh can this work with Lemmy without affecting federation?
Gotta be fair to the genocide force of course.
Like they’re not an ethnic group or comprised of innocents. This is a force whose express intent is genocide and displacement.
BTRBK for easy BTRFS snapshots to an external drive.
Rsync to also upload those to B2 compatible storage (encrypted)
It feels more tech-geeky leftist and less AITA fantasy text/AI generated nonsense spam driven
But still pretty similar otherwise
They didn’t say Iran was going to singlehandedly do it
First question is - are you familiar with Linux command line at all? If not get familiar with it first.
Second you’ll need to own or buy a domain and point it to the server’s IP.
Then install either Ubuntu Server or Debian on the server, setup SSH and run this Ansible project - https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-ansible
If that’s not comprehensible to you, I’d really recommend getting more familiar with Linux command line and servers before I’d recommend starting a Lemmy instance.

Any of them rich enough to vacation in the Maldives are rich enough to have left and divested of the place
Okay can we at least get him out of jail? Why bother answering if your answer will be so stupid.
Just don’t take the boxes with you. You came over with all that capiche?
+1 for Immich - it’s actually great
