They’ve been X tier for a while now. A lot of people have been (shadow)banned just for having opinions that don’t fit reddits narrative. Also better not disagree with any mods since that’s basically an instaban.

It’s sad since I was on reddit since the beginning. First Imgur turned completely to shit and now Reddit has become a dystopian hellhole. I just couldn’t deal with all the shitty practises and enshittification it went through. Also all the subs I liked were filled with bots and reposts ad nauseum.

Honestly I like lemmy way better BECAUSE it has less shitty people on it. Way more meaningful discussion and less shitty one liner “LOL LOOK AT ME IM FUNNY” dumbass comments.

Nah, being convicted is for minorities and the poor.

And yet people post on that shithole with so many great alternatives that aren’t owned by one person or centralised.

I’ve decided I’m not using websites that block mullvad anymore. I’m talking about a hard block like reddit does and not a captcha (captcha is fine by me).

If they’re doing that much trouble to prevent me from using a VPN they must me doing some pretty shady shit with my data.

I will not move to another VPN because of all VPNs I feel Mullvad respects my privacy most.

It’s pretty sad a lot of people are dumb and racist.

They don’t hate immigrants, they just hate assholes. And being an asshole is not related to where you’re from. Shitty right wing politicians just want to make everyone believe it’s immigrants.

Some of the worst people I know have been born and raised in the country I live in.

Well basically the same things that makes other Europeans mad at the USA. USA has proven to be unreliable in about everything (climate, trade, stability, economics).

Honestly the only positive is that the EU is finally stepping up and getting rid of our dependance on the US.

Same here. Dutch and don’t want to use any american closed source crap anymore. Dutch people are pretty angry of the US right now.

I made the mistake of not doing this. I was so fed up with reddit that I had to get off there ASAP.
