I am really sorry that you have to live through this. I (middle-aged, white, cishet, more or less wealthy male) know that I’m super priviledged - yet reading posts like that show me that I will never be able to fully feel what you girls/women have to live through. And thank you for your post, there are really phrases that I wouldn’t have understood.

I do use QoS on my router, but that’s not what I want: I want it explicitly on OS level. If that doesn’t prioritize in the first place, it’s one hop lost with bad/missing prioritization. In my example, my bad ping was actually with enabled router-prioritization. It’s not enough.
