Publicly posting about your piracy and emulation on shitter. What a brilliant idea. Also, Nitter is dead due to a cease and desist.

I mean there’s that and there’s also this is an awesome way to troll / bait Nintendo, because what we are seeing is only folders, not even any indication there’s any pirated content inside.

Now, who wants to play that kind of whackamole, iunno.

Would be pretty fun to get sued by Nintendo, actually take it to court, and then reveal in discovery that they were suing you over empty folders.

Nintendon’t: “We are Nintendon’t. Resistance is futile. We’ll have you fold.”
Suee: “So you mean, you’ll make me into someone who folds?”
Nintendon’t: “We will add your lifesavings to our own.”
Suee: “So, I’d be like, a, folder.” 📂 “Who is empty.” 📁

that’s ¹/₇ basic opsec fails I spotted. there’s another one more obvious than publicizing it in nazit.

They also published their website. So now Nintendo knows exactly who to file a takedown notice against. Hopefully they have their domain details anonymized. I’m curious what the other OpSec fails are though.
