Yep. And the new version (TS6) is even self-hostable!
Although the server software is still a bit buggy and needs more work. It likes to just fail without any actual errors, warnings, or crashes on the server end. My experience is it would still be running but not “reachable”, despite all the network stuff checking out. It was unhelpful, but super nice when it worked.

Hey, the current version (TS3) is also self hostable, even without any kind of account! Been hosting that for over a decade without any issue
