I read about this whole thing a few years ago. It made me feel physically sick to my stomach.
Apparently there is a pipeline for animal abuse that starts with milder stuff on YouTube and then leads to more severe stuff off the beaten path - discord groups and stuff where monies are tortured and people request really tucked up things done to the monies. They are usually baby monkeys.
The people that torture the monkeys make money doing it. People pay them.
Do what now?!? Global monkey torture Network? That is not a sentence I ever imagined hearing.

eh, it’s no different than what the animal ag industry does to billions of animals, namely pigs. Farrowing cages much?
