Nothing’s going to change unless Americans start changing their lifestyles and start living more respectfully with less of the priveliges that allow them to live within constant escapism.
The “freedom” America offers is not the freedom that makes humanity prosper as an organism. The freedom America offers is the ability to live outside of universal reality and escape from universal truth.
Generally the same goes for all modern 1st world nations…
And for rising developing countries, who just want a taste of what the West has had for a while. Can’t blame them, but you’re right, none of this is sustainable, we just haven’t seen the long term results yet so think it’s fine.
