Sounds like that should be a successful community. Dune 2 was a major classic that I used to love. I’m kinda too old for RTS’s anymore, but you might share these free versions with your community. They play right in browser…

Dune II: The Building of a Dynasty (titled Dune II: Battle for Arrakis in Europe and Dune: The Battle for Arrakis in North America for the Mega Drive/Genesis port, respectively) is a 1992 real-time strategy game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Games.

Yeah, I had that one too. IIRC it was an upgraded version with cool live-action cut scenes. John Rhys-Davies was one of the main actors.

Nope, Zero-K is much older than BAR. I believe zero-K got “full release” in like 2017, 2018 and BAR is still under active development.
