By whom? China is ruled by autocrats and they’re not going to sanction anyone unless they want to invade that country or want to appear strong as a response to something (ie. US sanctioning China). EU is in too deep of a mess themselves between trying to defend themselves against US threats, Russian invasions and China taking all the business. Ain’t no one else who could make a difference big enough for Trump to care.
