As much as I love Google (not even a little, my love for that company is negative and becoming more negative per second) I would love to run far far away from it. Here’s another ball and chain I need to break.
Where can I find a simple parental control access system for my phone and or computer that I allow my kids to use?
Dunno. Sort of depends on what phone and computer you use. Mac? Windows? Android?

And this gives you per user parental controls but be careful…the UI is not simple and it can be difficult to uninstall (obviously it doesn’t uninstall like a normal app)

There are others but you’re going to have to explain in more detail what devices you use and what exactly the use case is, else you’re going to eventually get suggestions like “use an immutable Linux distro” and “try DeepFreeze on Windows”, which technically stop kids from messing things up / restrict app installation…
