The declining popularity of the Monarchy isn’t helping. The UK government should hire Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as part-time representatives of the UK. The UK needs their star power. Meghan Markle would be popular with non-Whites. They would be sent to various countries especially those in the Commonwealth and parts of the UK. Their purpose would be to establish goodwill. They would be paid per visit from Royal Family funds.
