Unless you mean that the ICC has no jurisdiction on US citizens (no matter where they are in the world) unless they have committed crimes of atrocity, so Trump and Netanyahu may try to make him a US citizen again (3rd time is a charm), but his war crimes would likely overrule any help that the US tried to give him, also, Trump only really has 3 years left in office. It would take him longer than that to dismantle them. He has already sparked a massive movement towards EU digital sovereignty after he imposed sanctions and blocked the ICC judges cards and (allegedly) ordered microsoft to disable their emails.

I wouldn’t be banking on too many hoping to see their relatives, as Israel has killed most of them.
So you would have a large amount that will want to stay where their relatives were killed, where their neighbours were tortured etc.
The alternative is asking them what was all of the killing for.
