Hasn’t Pakistan had nukes for decades already?

I’m not saying that they’re a theocracy (or a functional Republic for that matter), but anyone who’s not ABSOLUTELY deranged would agree that they’re much closer to an “Islamic Republic” than the UK which is by no means an Islamic country OR a republic 😄
