I have cptsd, autism and ADHD. Prefrontal cortex issues. I’ve also spent 2/3 of my life in fight or flight, larger amygdala. I have hyper empathy, compassion and decent critical thinking skills. If I can do it, everybody can. Somewhere along the way people choose to be selfish and continue to make that choice all their lives. Don’t give them a pass.
