I can see you’re very proud of how your people celebrate football but, as I told you in another thread, it’s probably more toned down in Spain simply because people have more things to celebrate than just football. I’m sure that if Spain lived in constant crisis for 40 years and with bleak outlooks for the future and without any World Cup since 1986 they would also lose their minds. Spain currently holds European Championship, female World Championship and won last World Cup 16 years ago. So yeah, they celebrated the normal amount.

Nope, it’s relsted to the culture itself. If you’d ever actually met an argentinian or visited argentina you’d know this.

without any World Cup since 1986 they would also lose their minds

Dude, when it comes to football Spain was born in 2010.

      Spain currently holds European Championship

Good for them. Argentina won their last two america cups.

      female World Championship

No disrespect but I couldn’t care less about that and I doubt spaniards care that much about it either.

won last World Cup 16 years ago

We won 4 years ago. Does that mean that if we’d won our 5th consecutive title we should’ve celebrated a negative amount? Like be angry because we won? Wth is that logic xD

Yes, yes. Argentina is the best country in the world, everyone is jealous and wishes they lived there. It’s true Europe has way higher purchasing power, way less crime, better infrastructure, health care and education but we would trade it all for the ability to celebrate football wins real hard. If we only could celebrate our World Cup like they do in Argentina once every 40 years we would be so much happier. Such envy. Much sadness.

          higher purchasing power

          Depends on the specific country

          way less crime

There’s actually less crime than in several european countries. Including spain.

          education

Argentina as a whole, probably true. I was lucky enough to be born in s city with top notch free public schools but in a lot of cities that’s not the case.

we would trade it all for the ability to celebrate football wins real hard

The difference is palpable in daily life, not just football. You could also have both if you had some blood in your veins. But hey, you do you.

Argentina is the best country in the world

          You’re damn right it is.

I was actually feeling sorry for you before the game and wouldn’t mind Argentina winning but your delusions convinced me you didn’t actually deserved to win. I’m so glad you didn’t 😂

              A) Don’t need your pity.

              B) Everything I said is pretty easy to confirm.

              C) A single person determines how you view an entire country? That’s a G if I’ve ever seen one xD

They celebrated for over 5 minutes? That’s news to me xD

Funny how you went from “this cup doesn’t matter that much” to it being your only argument.
