Not in Japan (at least on old reddit) per the sample size of me clicking to /new and finding 1 single NSFW link.
Same, on old reddit in Japan and it’s the same as ever lol.
Germany seems to not be restricted, either. Or it’s that my account is old enough to automatically be verified due to age.
