    Much of the oil from the mostly shut Strait of Hormuz was headed for Asia, hit hardest by recent energy shocks.

        Yeah, and if that’s what you guessed “going by the title”, then I’d guess you’re functionally illiterate.

        Do you also read headlines about the crisis in Cuba think, “Going by the title, I guess other countries don’t have economic problems”?

          You’re missing the point. Title is written to given an impression it’s the Asian countries that consume all the oil the produced.
