    I can barely imagine the level of arrogance that these “leaders” must have.

    They spend years doing things they know are so egregious, that they imagine if it had been done to them there’s no way they’d tolerate it… which makes them think the general population is full of weak idiots who deserve their exploitation.

    It’s like a rapist who thinks women deserved to be violated against their will. “Since they didn’t fight back up to the point of you murdering them — They must be okay with it.”

    It’s the exact same mentality.

    To be fair the Russians executed far more nazis then the west did with their show trials at Nuremberg.

    Barely any of the SS and camp guards ever got prosecuted under the western post war trials.

    (and I say this with a hearty fuck the communists and the Russian mafia that they evolved into)
