    Loving it already … not sure why, but the pics weren’t showing until I clicked the posts, then they showed when I backed out.

    I’m new to Lemmy and this app, but I haven’t seen that behavior before anywhere else.

      It may be a federation/caching thing. I know that if you’re the first on your instance, that posts don’t show up until the first person subscribes or something like that.
