    Thank christ, I was shocked when I saw them walk only days after the guy died. They clearly are reaponsible for the horrible state this guy was in, which lead to his death. They prevented him from sleeping for over a week, no wonder his system broke down.

    To me, murder charges should still be on the table.

      Graven – known online as Jean Pormanove, or JP – had built a following on the platform by participating in live “trash streaming”, in which he was physically assaulted or humiliated as viewers watched live and sometimes donated money.

      This was basically Le Jackass. Graven knew what he was gettting into and had done it before.

      Seems like a slam dunk case of involuntary manslaughter, if it had been in the US. No idea how French law works.

        You have to prove your innocence, the state does not have to prove you guilty. If the state puts you under invesigation, you are 90% fucked.
