I’m guessing you didn’t think that through. The US is the second largest nuclear power in the world. The US has more nukes than India, Pankistan, Israel, and North Korea combined. Even if the US was hit first, or if Washington was vaporized, hundreds of US nukes would still launch from submarines, silos, and bombers. Poke the bear, and they’ll realiate.
