I don’t think Lemmy is any better. The other day, a Lemmy moderator didn’t like a video I shared about the potential collapse of the US and banned me from eight communities. As far as I know, the video wasn’t even AI-generated, so I don’t know where he got that idea from.

    Pretty much convinces me that rules are just weapons for those in power to exert on their subordinates or subreddit users.

    My last message to them was that they are a part of cancel culture and should pro free speech, and undo my ban and issue an apology for power tripping.

    I’m fine with them being the king of their domain and kicking me out, but it’s fun to tear into them for being irrational and losing their shit over me defending victims or whatever.
