Dutch broadcast company AVROTROS has announced that the Netherlands will boycott the 2026 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest if Israel is allowed to compete. The Netherlands is the fifth country to announce a planned boycott of the event, which is scheduled to be held in Vienna.
There are already sanctions (violent settlers got their asset frozen, and are forbidden to fly to many countries). Problem is that they take that as a badge of honor, and they don’t have enough outside assets to really be a problem to them.
Dear god, just take some sanctions like you did with Russia.
