I am on Reddit but somehow whenever I post, my post is immediately removed/deleted by “Reddit filters…”. I didn’t receive an explanation why! I have been with Reddit for a while and I have helped many in some subs. And, I also get “Rate limit exceeded…” when I reply to comments within a few minutes apart.

- I have a couple of accounts for defensive reasons.
- I never post NSFW content, malware, or broken any ToS, etc. Yet continually I got hate and I had several badges
- I suspect that by some simple opinions, there are people out there with farms who proceeded to systematically set accounts to get them banned.
- Really seriously that for respectful opinions and VPN usage, you get a lot of friction and it’s an almost daily problem to navigate
- Currently, practically all of my posts are “filtered” and I can’t publish
- If it wasn’t a little, on an account, Reddit randomly start to demand that I upload ID documentation to Persona. Reddit is stinking, but there’s the mass of users
It’s shit. They shadowbanned my comments about Lemmy.
The entire r/Lemmy has been banned too!

Rate limit exceeded… sounds like reddit has a new limit as to what actions can be taken within a set period of time.
Some potential ideas:
If you’re using a VPN, then they are counting up for every action taken by every user of that same VPN server.
If you’re not using a VPN, then maybe your ISP has rolled you over to a new IP address that was previously used for bot traffic.
Or maybe it’s rolled over and the old IP address is now being used for bot traffic, and they’re associating that with your account somehow.
