The European invader will never stop, for whatever reason. I wonder what goes on in their brains that at no point is the hellish immorality of their actions questioned. Like, if I were in their shoes and had a moment of sanity, I’d end my life or go full “isolated monk in the woods carrying the heaviest guilt ever” (and the second option just feels selfish, definitely better to end your life but do something good with it like taking some of these folks out with you).
